I say No one should start a Family no matter what RACE you are, until you have Finances, and know who the Hell you are. If you marry before you find out what you stand for, and who you are, you will not be happy. Your mate should go through the same test.

Now, to Stop the Black Crime Problem, STERILIZATION! Of All New Born Babies, that will sure stop Crime, let those be killed off and die out!! If I could Rule The World as King and Leader I would Demand By Law It Be Done!!!!

What the Black Parents need before starting a Family is: Brains, Knowledge, Stability, Intelligent, Then the ability to Motivate themselves and the kids if they make enough money to have more than ONE!!!!!!!

Now if the two parents past my test, then the babies at the age of 30, will beable to have by LAW FREE a REVERSAL of the STERILIZATION! By that time the Adults would know who in the Hell they Are.

Please I Beg You, Kids who marry too early for the most they don't make it, because they are still trying to find out where they fit in the world. Also if one or both are unhappy, how in the Hell do 2 people come together hoping they can make each Happy! Thats why Marriages don't last that WAY!
